When a self-storage tenant falls far enough behind on rent, the facility may sell the contents of the unit to recover the debt. Those sales are advertised — in newspaper legal notices, on the operator's own website, or on public auction platforms — but they are scattered across hundreds of sources, and a buyer who wants to know what is happening in their area this week has no single place to look.
Locker Leads collects them. A subscriber chooses the counties they buy in and receives one email each week listing the upcoming sales in those counties: facility name and address, the date and time, and whether the sale is held online or in person at the facility. Sales requiring physical attendance are listed first, because those are the ones a buyer has to plan a day around.

Billed monthly in advance by card. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax component; any tax required by your jurisdiction is shown at checkout.
To add or remove counties, email us and we will adjust your subscription. The change takes effect on the next issue, and the difference is prorated against your next invoice.
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — the link is in every receipt and in the footer of every issue. No email, no phone call, and no need to ask us.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep receiving issues until then.
Adding or removing counties is done by email rather than in the portal — send us the counties you want and we will make the change.
Unsubscribing from the email does not cancel your billing — the two are separate. The weekly email is the product, so if you opt out you almost certainly want to cancel as well, which you can do from the billing portal.
We aggregate published information and make every reasonable effort to keep it accurate, but auctions are cancelled, rescheduled and settled by the tenant at short notice, and operators do not always announce it. Always confirm with the facility before travelling to a sale. Locker Leads is an information service; we do not run auctions, take bids, act as an agent for any facility, or guarantee that any listed sale will take place or that any particular unit will be offered.
Subscriptions are for the subscriber's own use. Republishing or reselling the listings is not permitted.
We collect the email address and county selection needed to deliver the service, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell subscriber information. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and an opt-out is honoured immediately.
Cancellations and county changes are self-serve from your billing portal. For anything else — questions, refund requests, a sale we got wrong — [email protected]. We answer within two business days.
